You can use nextdns to block a lot of ads. Works on unity ads and playstore ads too I believe. Though not on YouTube.

Use the I don’t care about cookies extension its wonderful. Using it on my desktop and android Firefox.

My friend complains it’s awful but watches with me anyway and laughs
