I wanted to give people the chance to look into the daily life of someone as famous as myself.

There isn’t a single group that is going to get government right on the first try especially if you’re going the route of a theocracy where religion is at the forefront of everything.

At the time I imagine everything made sense given limited technology and lacking a lot of the history knowledge we have today (we don’t use it but we still technically know it).

Overall the only thing I can really add to the conversation in terms of the relationships between them is: while a city-state structure is often very good for a peoples government since smaller groups to manage means you can be more tuned to the needs of the people… It also means you’re more likely to fracture between each of the city states themselves without some form of overarching governmental structure.

We are seeing that even now in the US where the policies of some states are RADICALLY different causing a huge rift in the people and beliefs of those in the US… And the US has an overarching governmental structure (arguably rn). I can’t imagine it would have been any less intensive with a smaller population and less oversight.
