As everyone knows, Reddit is cannibalising itself and the longer time goes on, the users will have deleted their accounts and/or migrated to somewhere else, or they will simply forget about their accounts and log-in details.

    I wonder if that bot still works, given they switched to making developers pay for using the API.

      The last time I was on, I still saw it running (even after the API bs).

      I’m willing to bet that Reddit granted them an exception because it’s a widely used utility and isn’t a client that obscures what they really want you to see (ads).

        Even then, the creator might decide to shut it off if they don’t use Reddit any more. It’s probably not hugely resource intensive, but you probably wouldn’t want to deal with support requests from a site you don’t care about any more.
