  Sure! Frass can be used for most insect excreta, but saying that someone’s full of frass sounds just right.
  
  Maybe also a phrase like: “If you touch the cobwebs, you’ll get the frass”

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
