It depends on how it is applied. They might insist that gender assigned at birth cannot change. We will see.
The word “immutable” is in the executive order, so I believe that Caitlyn Jenner is now legally a man.

Deadnaming people isn’t suddenly ok just because you don’t like them, even if they are objectively a huge piece of shit.
You’re only aloud to deadname companies, gulfs, etc. never a person. Caitlyn is a piece of shit but not bc she’s trans.
