Yeah, this is perfectly normal over here, you don’t get to reduce your fine that is levied as a percentage of turnover by dividing your company into 300 pieces in name.
The weird thing here is that the regulator did not expect someone to be thought competent to have decisive influence over such a wide array of different companies that should not have to do anything with each other.
