Image, sourced from this article, is of George Bush in 2002 meeting with María Corina Machado, who was even then being trained as a figure to oppose Venezuelan socialism, and very briefly succeeded with the Carmona Decree. Now the latest recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, she has begged the Zionist entity to drop bombs on the Venezuelan people.

As of me writing these sentences, it appears that the ceasefire in Gaza is underway. Zionist ceasefires are, of course, an oxymoron - not only in the grand sense that their work to continue genocidal atrocities against others locally and regionally will not cease until the Zionist entity’s occupation of Palestine is overthrown and Palestinians can resume the governance of their territory - but also in the literal sense; that bombings and shootings are often only merely reduced, and rarely cease entirely (as was/is the case on their northern border with Lebanon). Nonetheless, hopefully the population can receive some aid, and the long process of rebuilding can begin.

On the other side of the world, it seems increasingly likely that a new war is set to begin. Because the US is eschewing the usual process of generating pro-war propaganda and casus bellis (aside from a laughably transparent Nobel Peace Prize award) and seems content to just skip straight to the “bomb and depose” step, it’s quite hard to predict what precisely they want to do. Anything seems to be on the table - from freely striking Venezuelan territory where “drug dealers” are to try and prompt a Venezuelan response, to assassinating Maduro and/or his generals and hoping a power vacuum can be filled with compradors, to attempting to outright invade Venezuela and establish direct American control over important government sites. All appear to be possibilities, though as of right now, the most drastic measures seem unlikely due to their difficulty.

We know that the US has almost totally abandoned diplomatic communication with Venezuela, and that the US has deployed warships, a nuclear submarine, F-35s, surveillance planes, and at least 4,000 military personnel to the Caribbean, with some sources putting the numbers higher. Some people have suggested that the point is to try and force Maduro into a situation where he must begin hostilities, or be seen as weak and perhaps overthrown from within. It is at least encouraging that Maduro is not like Allende in Chile, and is taking this situation extraordinarily seriously; the masses are being trained and mobilized in the event of an invasion, and military drills are ongoing. Venezuela has no real capacity to stop the US from attacking and bombing them, but it is much more possible to prevent a West-friendly puppet from gaining meaningful control of the country. A comprador might be able to make a brief statement or decree in a Venezuelan city saying that Chavismo is over, but actual power will hopefully prove very elusive.

2020, and particularly 2022, has clearly become a turning point for the Western imperial system, in which increasingly aggressive and reckless moves are required to keep the system functional (stability is, at this point, out of the question). Unfortunately, this has also resulted in the deaths of many long-lasting, inspiring figures, such as Nasrallah, and many more will certainly die before the empire collapses. If Maduro is assassinated - and I’m having trouble imagining how he won’t be doggedly pursued in the days. weeks, and months to come - I have hope that a successor will rise to continue to lead the Bolivarian Revolution.

The Zionist Entity's Genocide of Palestine

Russia-Ukraine Conflict

Examples of Ukrainian Nazis and fascists
Examples of racism/euro-centrism during the Russia-Ukraine conflict

Sources:

Defense Politics Asia’s youtube channel and their map. Their youtube channel has substantially diminished in quality but the map is still useful.
Moon of Alabama, which tends to have interesting analysis. Avoid the comment section.
Understanding War and the Saker: reactionary sources that have occasional insights on the war.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict. While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are relatively brainworm-free and good if you don’t want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it’s just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.
Simplicius, who publishes on Substack. Like others, his political analysis should be soundly ignored, but his knowledge of weaponry and military strategy is generally quite good.

It looks like the German NordStream II investigation might be over. Poland and Italy have refused to hand over suspects to the German prosecutors and the weirdos (like Polish president Tusk) are openly celebrating this.

@donaldtusk Polish court denied extradition to Germany of a Ukrainian national suspected of blowing up Nord Stream 2 and released him from custody. And rightly so. The case is closed.

On another forum a number of pro-EU libs were celebrating this as a win, with like 20+ upvotes.

I genuinely do not understand how they can see German humiliation as a victory for their side, but the liberal NAFO mind is an enigma.

I genuinely do not understand how they can see German humiliation as a victory for their side, but the liberal NAFO mind is an enigma.

Don’t forget Germany ruined like half of Europe in the 2012-2015 period. A lot of people all over the EU like to see some payback for that, and if the thick-headed Germans go along with their own humiliation, rationalizing in for some greater good as they always like to do, then all the better. I’m a firm believer in the Mark Ames theory of bloodythirsty Europeans and their eternal inner conflicts at this point. Everybody rearming like crazy right now makes for very little hope in the future. Who know, maybe those insane Europeans really need to wipe each other out every 80 years or so, it’s just how they choose to exist?

It’s all so insane. German petit-bourgeoisie had to subjugate the EU into their crazy barely 10 years ago (Obama told Merkel, “please just bail out Greece, this is in your interest too you know”, and Merkel just said “I’m sorry my voters wouldn’t like that…”). Now the Ukraine war has been going on for years with no end in sight, Germany has lost its only source of cheap energy and they just pretend like they didn’t really need that. The German economy has not had a single quarter of growth for 3 years, the car industry is hemorrhaging 50-100,000 jobs each year, competitive industries are going out one by one, and the idiotic Merz government talks about endless rearmament and more austerity and never making peace with Russia, and nobody is calling them out on all this BS.

All the lib Germans used to laugh at the AfD prophesizing the downfall of Germany over the last couple of years, but at some point it really is too late you know.

Yeah this one really wierds me out. The enemy you were at proxy war with was giving you resources (although the flows had been reduced due to “turbine issues”), so you blew up pipeline and now one of your major industrial producers is having serious manufacturing issues, at a time where you need that manufacturing to fight your enemy.

It’s such a mask off moment that the EU doesn’t actually care about “rules” and “laws”, yet the liberals don’t care that their politicians are doing this. They will even forget about it in a week.

Rule of Law is one of the fundaments of liberalism. I don’t believe in it, but that’s what they supposed to believe most firmly about.

How could this not radicalise the liberal youth? Yet I’m sceptical. I feel like a weirdo whenever I mention Nord Stream like it was pizzagate or something. Crazy.

Remember how the EU got Romania to nullify the results of their elections after the opposition won? It had something to do with paid ads on social media - an insane argument. And after the elections were nullified, it was reported that those ads were run by the government party, not the opposition party. And it didn’t even matter. Another big win for democracy!

Yeah, I pointed this out to a shitlib, that they would kill an election over who paid ads, but Euromaidan with millions of dollars of US state money flowing in was fine and democratic

I pointed this out to a Romanian who is anti-NATO (hates that the country’s first act post Warsaw Pact internationally was to let itself be used to bomb Yugoslavia in exchange for EU membership), and they just said something like “well Romanians don’t wanna be ruled by Russia again” as if the whole controversy wasn’t about the fact that clearly a large enough number WASN’T voting for the EU candidate. If every Romanian saw this as a Russia vs EU election and every Romanian wants to be EU, then why suspend the “pro”-Russia party?

Also I hate that to get any of this info you need to use crank right wing sites. It’s always some fash-Eurosceptic site that will cover it. Even when it is something like a former member of the EU Commissioner saying that “we” will annul elections in Germany if foreign interference is suspected. He said it on live TV but the only coverage is from Remix which is a Pro-Orban fascist rag
