If they simply bought an already available tool, it’s already being used against you by other parts of the US govt. If it was developed for ICE, it will be deployed across other parts of the US govt soon.

Yes, but the sheer amount of ICE thugs and the fact that there’s seemingly no qualifications needed, let alone security vetting, means that ICE getting it is WORSE than the rest of the government already having it.

You don’t want cops to be able to spy on you with no due cause, but you REALLY don’t want people who wanted to be cops but weren’t qualified or trustworthy enough to pass even THAT super low bar to be able to!

Idk, can this possibly be as dangerous as Tylenol usage? Or rainbow crosswalks? Or vaccines? Or access to healthcare? Or Human rights? Or potable water? Or freedom of speech? Or renewable energy? Or a stable economy? Or legal immigration? Or the ideologies that match the founding of our country? Or taxes? Or prosecting pedophiles? Or religious freedom? Because a lot of “experts” have said that these are all pretty dangerous too.

Maybe some experts could make a graph to chart out how these dangers compare to eachother?
