That’s for very cold water or very large temp difference. As a rule, if it’s summer, splash some water on you first and go feet first, never head first.

1·1 year agoIt’s not faster than light speed. So not so sci-fi. But yes, with the current tehnology is not possible to make. BUT the theory checks out. Maybe in 50 years.
Especially if you have a chronic disease, I have non stop headeachs but a great boss and I’m a programmer (more flexibility), and man a day off or work from home, every 1-3 weeks are a god send. You don’t even realise how bad you actually feel until you take a moment to breeth. My boss actually made me take my first day off when he saw how bad I looked and mental healthcare has been my priority ever since. Never forget to take care of your body AND mind.
