Apply liberally. Bought a video game and expected a feature not common in the genre or the developer’s history? Watched a movie but had no idea what the director’s style is? Bought a smartphone and wanted features that brand has never had (or maybe the industry has moved away from)? Bought motion cameras but didn’t realize you couldn’t just watch the clips they record unless you buy their stupid cloud service…

That last one is me 😮‍💨

  • I resonate with this. I’m perfectly comfortable with my gender identity but I’ve always kind of felt like an imposter. I get along fine with guys, but I’ve always felt more ‘at home’ with girls.

Like, when I’m hanging out with guys I’m pretending to be a cis male, and I’m always aware of my demeanor, and try to match the energy of who I’m with.

With women I don’t have to be conscious about it, I just speak how I want to and the only thing I’m worried about is whether they feel like I might be hitting on them or something.

Honestly, it’s probably just a minor social anxiety lol
