The shaving alone my face can handle but as soon as i put any products even ‘sensitive’ and fancy ‘safe’ cleaners and lotions on my skin it gets irritated and angry. Going to try ‘oil cleanser’ today and see if that works any better.

most places (in the states) have zoning laws and specific laws about requirements that make a house livable. The combination usually precludes legally living in an office space even if the lease doesn’t specify.

It’s one of those things where if you just keep your head down you can get away with it but if you have parties and treat it like an actual residence and get complaints you’re likely to lose your lease.

Marineverse has a VR sailing game that is so good NauticEd recommends it when you’re learning to sail and I found it to be a really great simulation when i played it.

Also Greg at marineverse is really cool i had to chat with him to get an old copy of the game unlocked for my Quest 1 and he was super nice.

I’m in general an over-tipper but I have finally found my personal limit at being asked to tip in the drive through.

i did the basic free course at nauticed.com and got a boating license for my state and that was enough to buy and sail a racing dinghy 8 hours up a river my first time out. Sailing is a blast you’re gonna love it! You can get a dinghy on craigslist for less than the cost of lessons so if you’re into DIY it’s a fun inexpensive way to go.
