I recently tried UpNote which is pretty cross platform.

Maybe give that a try and if you like it, they have a lifetime license.

(I’m not affiliated with them but I’ve tried every major note taking app and recently landed on this one that I’ve been pretty happy with)

I’ve been through Evernote, Apple Notes, OneNote, and Notion.

I highly recommend “UpNote” which is cross platform and has awesome sync. You can pay a small monthly fee or grab it for the lifetime fee which is incredibly affordable. I recently switched over for work and personal and I’m so glad I did.
