Edit: To clarify, it would still be a violation of the US constitution to use trumped-up accusations to denaturalize someone, but its technically not against international laws.

This is a Mayoral Primary Election. Every voter here is a resident of New York City
Mayor = Leader of the Executive Branch of a city.
For NY State, the Leader of the Executive Branch would be called the Governor
