    I understand the need for privacy, but if everybody in the EU deletes their data, it no longer incorporates the culture and opinions of Europeans.

    I’m not convinced that making AI even more strongly American is a good idea.

      @pennomi @tfm There’s no sense in thinking that helping Meta’s AI from US stupidity is something safe. This because of two reasons: 1 it would be like saying “well: you are invincible, we give up all our hopes for an alternative future and join you bunch of stupid people”, 2 we wouldn’t get that AI better, because their developers don’t want it to be better, they want it to be efficient, efficient in the wrong way. I’m not going to help them developing the monster of the future, tomorrow will be my last day ever on facebook. US wants to give birth to still another kind of trouble and social unjustice? They’ll do it alone.
