As has been pointed out, you’re assuming weed. Even if you’re right, and yes weed should be legal everywhere, when you have a job that you know you will lose if you smoke AND you have people that depend on your income, it is absolutely irresponsible to do it anyway.

What we know is that this clown who can’t pass a simple piss test and, for whatever reason, won’t get paid because of it. And it seems there’s at least 3 kids depending on him to have stayed clean.
