The Justice Department says four Russian men accused of torturing an American during the invasion of Ukraine have been charged with war crimes in a first-of-its-kind case.

funny that the US refused to ratify the ICC court in the Hague (the Rome Statute) so it’s operatives could not be charged for war crimes
