I’m not great with meme templates but take the Drake ugh/yay one. You just need something we dislike and a related thing we like. The punch line is Drake’s expression etc.

A boilerplate is basically a template with some adjustments to fit the situation.
It’s also a term for packed snow.
I’m familiar with the term, just trying to figure out an interpretation that isn’t just restating the definition of meme.
