Seems a bit far-fetched. Aerodynamic bits that explore the technicalities of what’s legal is one thing, but this sounds like straight-up cheating.
Sure. But considering the past three incidents, we know the outcome: FIA will publish that it is not allowed and that they could not find proof of cheating.
