Firefighters are

1. Mostly not fighting fires
2. Nonetheless mostly using huge vehicles
3. Petitioning against bike lanes or even having them removed, and for huge streets that increase speeding (and btw cause a car hellscape where pedestrians, cyclists, animals, etc. all suffer) and cause huge problems with heat, moisture and rain drainage
4. Using way huger vehicles than in Europe
5. Those are slow, unmaneuverable and their arguments make no sense
