No government is completely free market capitalist, and not even North Korea is a total dictatorship that decides everything. There are 195 countries in the world, so more or less 195 different systems currently in use. Here’s one opinion of how the spectrum is https://www.heritage.org/index/ranking What people try is freedom or less freedom. Freedom works the best but requires constant upholding to stay free.
