They are, though. Left is darker.

Fun fact: Tetrachromacy occurs in 50% of women and 8% of men according to one study.

They are measurably two different colors

Right is more yellowish and left is more dark bluish

But they are totally different colors

I can tell that they look different in the image, but only barely. I’m not even sure how much it is because of difference in the color or the lighting, it almost looks like a lighting difference to me.

Actually OP, maybe this could be a thing, like the dress picture (anyone remember that?).
