Searching for “rowlart” leads me to http://rowlart.tumblr.com, an artist of a completely different style. The “Home” page excitedly states: “NEW WEBSITE HAS LAUNCHED! | Please visit… WWW.ROWLART.COM” This is our guy.
If we go back to Yellow Edge Gallery, we find that Rowland Phillips has exhibited there. This suggests that the sign is for his exhibition, so he would know about it.

On the “Request a Painting” page, we find a Twitter and a Facebook. Twitter says he’s Rowland Phillips, and he’s posted most recently on August 20, 2024.
