    The funny thing is, I was in Shanghai this month and I was seriously impressed by the amount of greenery in the city, even in the very centre of the city. Some of the streets reminded me of the cities in my home country (Australia).

    My hotel was a bit further out and next to a major elevated highway intersection, and they were literally growing vine trees on the highway pillars with walkable parks underneath. Not to mention a lot of the cars in Chinese cities are now electric, so walking under said highway was quite peaceful and relatively noise free.

    If there was ever a time to advocate for Eco-Socialism, it would be today in China.
