      “groy” rhymes with “Troy” (or boy or joy) and the “per” is pronounced as a p then an “er” as in “trigger” or “banner”.

      So, a groyper is like one who groyps.

      If when you say it you feel like you’ve just sexually assaulted a nearby woman, then you have pronounced it correctly. Sort of a cross between “hype” and “grope”.
