I’m currently having an issue where SJW is loading fine on my WiFi, but refusing to load on my mobile data. This happens regardless of app type or web interface. Is SJW blocking any IP ranges, and did my mobile provider IP pool get caught in the block?

We are not blocking any IP ranges. The server has had an increase in traffic over the last few months. I’m in the process of identifying new hardware to buy to make things speedy again.
I have cycled the services to see if that helps.

I don’t think it’s a server hardware issue, since during the outage periods it seems 100% reproducible. Turn on WiFi, it connects seamlessly. Then off WiFi, server ceases to exist.

Thanks. It’s currently working, but since the outage seems intermittently periodic it’s hard to draw conclusions. If I’m free the next time it happens I’ll see if I can figure out the apparent cause from my side.
My guess would be something related to ratelimiting. Lots of mobile provider use the same IP for lots of clients.

Everything else that’s not SJW seemed to work just fine during the outage period. Behaviourwise, it also wasn’t what you’d expect of an overloaded connection. There was no timeout, attempts failed instantly.
I can never access SJW on my work wifi. I can get the error message Boost gives tomorrow.
