'Game changer': All-electric, wave-skimming vessel could launch new route between downtown and Royal Bay

We sure could use a SeaBus equivalent, but an $18 to $28 fare might be a hard sell for daily commuters (if it happens)

    There’s no way it’s viable for that fare. It will fail just like most of the other attempts at convenience ferries around here.
