I see you’re not familiar with the concept of sarcasm.
In today’s online messaging world, one person’s sarcasm is another’s opinion. Without /s it is very hard to tell which it is.
Seemed like it was pretty easy to me and seems like it was pretty easy to most everyone else who saw this.

Maybe so, but if 2 people admitted that they were confused, there were surely more who didn’t admit it.
