First off, this isn’t Apple Intelligence… it’s Siri. Secondly, “What’s the temperature in here?” — were you trying to get the temperature inside your home? Do you have homekit enabled temperature sensors in your home? Because, if not, then I can’t really fault Siri for being confused. Granted Kyiv seems like a pretty random answer. Maybe try “what’s the temperature outside?”
The one thing that they are probably confusing is that with iOS 18, Apple elected to add an “Apple Intelligence“ UI to the Siri command. So, for people who don’t follow Apple closely might assume that this is the new “Apple Intelligence” based Siri and not the same old Siri that’s been a problem for years.

I do have HomeKit enabled temperature sensors. And even if I didn’t, “in here” could be my city instead of my home. But it is none of them.
