        I coughed the other day, just a little one and pulled a bunch of muscles in my lower back, now I can’t look down without pain, 39 this year, it’s all down hill from here.

          I would recommend looking up a basic yoga routine on YT I’ve been doing a routine every morning for about 6ish months now and it’s a game changer for me.

          Good news: gravity assists going down hill, if you acquire the knowledge and technique to use it. Well, if not, going down hill wrecks your knees, and falling down cliff potentially even more.
