Well you chose the wrong country to move too. The US has never been about caring for citizens or freedom.

The greater issue I see is that Donald Trump got on Twitter and started shit-talking and dehumanizing everyone he could, and then the entire population of the United States of America started to mimic and behave just like Donald Trump on social platforms, dehumanizing everyone they disagree with, and promoting the idea that what the world needs is more Twitter-thinking and short-message behaviors… dumping more and more of the Donald Trump Twitter values everywhere, ideas of hate harder and nothing can ever be better in the USA, anti-science, anti-goodness, etc.

if anything, where the Trump regime is taking the US is infinitely worse than what is happening in Egypt, because Egypt’s footprint on the world is not nearly as damaging as that of the US. This is why I’m enraged at the lack of rage.

I disagree with her that we need more rage, we need people to teach remedial morality and help Americans understand they are in social media cults of mass dehumanizing those they disagree with.
