i gotta admit, i did not expect this. as much as i despise him, he got this one right.
More than likely, he was faced with the dire need to make a critical decision, so he didn’t.
i’m sure they’ve got their own means to get funds and ‘et cetera’ back and forth without needing ‘sanctions’ lifted.
Perhaps he finally realized that simping really hard for Putin only resulted in being used by him. Something anyone else with an IQ above room temperature in Celsius could have told him a long time ago.
Nah, I’m 100% he’s still a puppet and this is just for optics.

The sanctions don’t cover everything. There is still $3.5 B in trade with Russia and no tariffs.
