Toilets can be designed to be used either in a sitting or in a squatting posture. Each type has its benefits. The “sitting toilet”, however, is essential for those who are movement impaired. Sitting toilets are often referred to as “western-style toilets”.
Here’s the bathroom
You can tale a dump, throw up in the sink (I’ve found such arrangements useful in the past) and then hose yourself down afterwards. Very convenient.
It’s a 100 sqft place, at least you have your own toilet. The smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in was in HK so this makes sense.
If you’ve ever had food poisoning, you’d have greater appreciation for western toilets.
The windows point west. It’s a feng-shui thing, probably.
Lights too bright?
I’m sure that’s not an outer wall and they added the blue glass to emulate daylight.
