The Ghorman Massacre was first mentioned in children’s television show Star Wars Rebels. Homie’s had like 15 years to prepare himself for how bad it could be, fully knowing that it’s the planet destroying supervillains behind it and it results in open rebellion across the galaxy

My take is that they have not gone far enough until they depict the Rebels performing acts that everyone would criticise the soviets for carrying out but would wholeheartedly support the Rebels doing the very same thing against the empire.

Saw’s partisans are mention of doing big terror attacks in the books and other media but i think if they show it to libs, they will just try to seperate them from the whole rebel alliance as some unrelated extremists

And they coat it in a "that is kinda bad sweaty nerd " kind of way (looking at you Star Wars Rebels). Saw was 100% right

Yeah, Saw is almost always portrayed as the wrong way to run a rebellion, and they like to have him kick a metaphorical puppy just to drive that point home.

But Saw doesn’t have Jedi. He can’t manipulate the threads of fate ⸻ he has to make difficult moral choices that people like Ezra don’t.
